I had a bread machine, I used it for years, and I was very happy with it. I often baked cakes in it, cocoa e.g. it was divine delicious. I think the program needs to be rethought as to which one to choose. I found the right program choice myself, because what was in the manual did not work for me. I even used it for fermentation when e.g. I baked a cake, made me an excellent leavened dough, just tossed the ingredients in it, started the leavening program, I didn’t even look at it and after an hour and a half, all I had to do was roll out the dough, tear it out and go to the oven. Unfortunately it is broken and for financial reasons I can’t make up for it lately, but I miss it very much in my household.
